Car key does not engage the starter solenoid?

I Have to jump start the starter motor to run vehicle.

Can you try cranking the engine over in neutral? Do you have a security light flashing? We need more information on the problem, please go over this video to start us off:

Here is the starter relay if you want to try swapping it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
