one day my car just cut off on me in he middle of the road and when i cranked it back up it would start then cut back off again. like i had no control the gas pedal because it would do anything like i couldn't. so i let it pick up its own speed and when i pull in my driveway and hit on the brakes it cut off and never crank back up. so, my dad came and change out the fuel injectors all 4 and it crank up but makes a bad noise but he when he push on the gas it didn't do anything or it will cut back off. what can be the next problem?

Good morning,

Are there any codes in the system?

Can you upload a video of the noise? That is not normal.

The crank sensor is a common failure for this issue but should be checked with a scan tool for the proper signal.

The Crankshaft Position Sensor is in the rear of the engine block near the transmission.

If vehicle is All Wheel Drive the Power Transfer Unit must be removed.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Raise vehicle and support.

4. Remove heat shield.

5. Unlock and disconnect the electrical connector to the crankshaft position sensor.
