car keep running

ok i got 95 passport the problem is i start the car normal runs good i try to turn off the car stay running i pull the key off so far i replace the ignition switch complete with wires still the same i turn off pulling a fuse (ignition fuse on fuse box) i need some help thanks

most likely a wiring issue somewhere where there is a short to power not allowing the key to shut down the system.
