I went to get my brakes changed. About 20 minutes later after I had parked, I put it into reverse and my car jerked then I put it into drive, and it jerked then as well. When I put my foot on the gas it slowly accelerates before driving normally.

It sounds like one of the brake calipers is loose, I would stop driving the car and have it towed back to the shop that did the brakes. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response.

Thanks for the video. It seems like the brake calipers may have a twisted brake hose. I would remove the wheels for an inspection. here is a guide to help us see what's going on, if you are unsure of the please upload an image or video of the brakes (front and rear) so I can help you.
