We sold this car yesterday. The new owner filled the tank with 93 octane and we always used regular gas. Last night he called to say the car is “bouncing” and have we had this issue before - never. We suggested he add an STP type product, use up the gas, the use only regular thereafter. Any suggestions?

Hi,

I'm not sure I understand what is happening. When you say bouncing, do you mean the engine is surging, or do you mean the car physically is bouncing as if the shocks are bad.

Let me know.
