Car ignition will not turn off

I cannot get the key to turn off. The car stays running.

Sounds like the ignition lock cylinder is jammed. Time to replace it. As far as how to shut the car off, start pulling fuses. The fuel pump fuse would be a good one to pull. I am attaching the fuse box diagram below. This is for the fuse box that is under the hood, located near the battery.
