I recently took the intake manifold off my car and removed hoses to clean the valves. Now when I put everything back on it idled fine until I drove it. The car shut off on the road and when I step on the gas and let it go it shut off. I drove it home and when I turned it on it idled weird and rpm's wont go past 3,000. It started to misfire and seems to be in limp mode? I fixed all the air leaks/vacuum leaks but the car still idles weird now and would turn off when I tap on gas and let it go? There is no check engine light and the car misfires now or still.

Is the fuel lines reversed? Or could there be a loose gasket or a bolt not torqued down all the way? Or could this be an engine issue? Or could this be due to the boost leak and then caused the spark plug to fail? And now it idles weird still?

It sounds like the car is on limp mode due to a dirty throttle body. this guide should help you fix it. We should run the codes as well.
