I have seen videos of people they hip hop their cars and twerk their cars I want to know how they do it does they clutch in and out again and again by accelerating car waiting for humble reply. Thanks indeed.

You may be thinking of a car that has been modified with hydraulically activated components they a have bunch of batteries in trunk to operate it. They will jack up one part of car and drive like that for a little ways. Or start jumping but they are stopped and out of car.
