Hi, i recently got my car listed above ( it is a diesel) oil cooler replaced with a new one and since that day my car use to jerk or hesitate when kept on constant speed but not on acceleration. Also, once the engine is hot enough and has run around twelve km then it runs fine. Can you help what could be the problem?

Hello,

It sounds like the MAF sensor but to be sure lets run the codes to see what comes up.
