Car hesitates at acceleration when heated

2005 Audi A4 quattro turbo hesitates for few seconds at acceleration when hot - after 10 or 15 minutes of drive. Worse hesitation is in stop-and-go traffic. Hesitation happens only in drive. It does NOT happen when idling or in reverse.
Recently changed plugs, ignition coils, gas and air filters. No check engine light.

Really surprised there are no faults. It could be a fuelling issue or a turbocharger issue. You would never to monitor the value blocks via a scanner while the car is acting up to verify.
