Car heater blowing cold air.

Pull fuse for heat inside car of r60 seconds with key on it may reset the actuator. The blend door is the problem otherwise you'll have to see if it gets power or a broken blend door. This is assuming heater hoses are hot and coolant system is full. See pic it is behind fuse/relay box which has to be removed to get to it

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
