Car has poor acceleration/shifts rough

Coil packs 1,3,4 were changed out, new spark plugs and new MAP sensor and car still has no acceleration. It will start and idle good,rev up good in park and neutral.

I would suspect either a timing issue or a cat converter issue.

You should do a compression test. It will tell me if the timing belt is the issue.

A back pressure test on the exhaust system will confirm if the catalytic converter is clogged.
