Car goes in to limp mode at around 70/80mph

Have had diagnostics done, I believe fault code showed to be either boost pressure valve or wastegate problem, have changed boost pressure valve and problem still exists, need a little help locating wastegate actuator so I can check and see if that's the problem, don't think it is EGR but hey what do I know :)

I can't remember :( took it out of a good old drive then and my turbo seems to be dumping a lot louder than it should be. I've found something that I think could be the wastegate actuator but I'm unsure, if it is it, then it's completely seized up. This would cause this problem right? Have searched everywhere to try and find its location but no luck, Haynes manual is proving to be no help also :(
