I cannot lock the doors or put windows up or down, daylight and fog lights not working either. I have had all the fuses checked by technician all okay. I cannot seem to find any fault.

Also my trunk wont open, but the. Stereo headlights and indicators are working good. I had a break down few day earlier the car would not start was saying check air flow flap. I called AA recovery they checked all fuses found ignition and module four fuses were blown I got replacement and everything was working again, until I took it to dealers for double check the next day. They checked everything and said it was good, but when I went to my car the locking system and windows were not working, so I called in dealers again told them the problem they checked fuses again all okay. They stripped my door panels to check the problem but could not find the problem after three hours no luck. They have told me to book another appointment for further checks but it could cost me alot of money as my car is not warrantyed because it is a taxi car which nullified my warranty. Please help

The only thing that can be done is to check for power at each component. My guess is there will be none. At that point, the tech will need to work backwards to determine where power is lost. I will assume that the fuses under the hood have also been checked.
