The alarm went off and my remote is broken so I couldn't turn it off, so i turn on the car and the alarm was still going.. So I removed the alarm fuse and then disconnected the battery and then i out the fuse back and battery cable and now the car doesn't want to turn on.

That is common for a Honda alarm system. The steps you took are what many thieves would try if the alarm went off, so Honda and others designed the system so that once it activates it needs to be reset before the engine will start. The process to reset it would be determined by how the alarm was tripped.
If it tripped due to an accidental trip and you have a known good key that would start the car. Insert the ignition key into the drivers door lock. Turn the key to the unlock position. Now turn the key to the lock position. Turn the key back to the unlock position. That should reset it. However if it went off due to a faulty part like a door or hood switch or a bad alarm module that would need to be repaired first or the reset will not work.
If you don't know why it went off, IE you didn't set it, then you would be better off using a dealer level scan tool to read the anti-theft system and see what the issue is. That can save a lot of time and headaches in testing all the various parts.
