car does not crank or start

We do not have any reference materials on your vehicle because we mainly service vehicle's in the United States, but this sounds like you might be having an issue with the fuel system. In order for a vehicle to start, an engine only needs three things and then it has no choice but to start. They are fuel, spark[delivered at the proper time], and compression.
