The key turns. The car doesn't start. All the lights come on. Recently got the fuel pump replaced.

Hi,
When you turn the key, does the starter make any noise? For example, do you hear a click? Also, are you certain the battery is fully charged?
Let me know as much as you can. For example, did this happen all at once? Other than the fuel pump, was any other work recently done?
