Hi,
The P0442 is a small evap leak and won't prevent the engine from starting. The P0009 and P0017 together are a different story and may be related to a timing chain issue.
The presence of DTC P0009 along with P0017 indicates a possible condition with the primary timing chain and the alignment between both intermediate sprockets and the crankshaft. Or the crankshaft reluctor wheel has moved and is no longer referenced to top dead center (TDC).
When you crank the engine, does it sound normal, or does it sound odd? For example, does it seem to turn faster than normal? If possible, record it cranking and upload it for me to hear. If it is a timing issue, I may be able to hear it. If it is a reluctor wheel issue, the cranking sound won't change.
If it does sound odd, we will need to remove the valve covers to check the chain tension and
cam sprocket alignment compared to the crankshaft at top dead center (TDC).
If I had to guess, I would say one of the camshaft chains has jumped time. There are actually three chains on this vehicle. See pic below. I highlighted the primary chain. I feel that one of the cam chains has jumped a tooth or more on the primary-driven gears.
