Shuts off while driving and sometimes after idling for several minutes?

Will not turn back on for 15 to 20 minutes, there is no clicking or sound when attempting to ignite. When sufficient time has passed it starts with no problem. There is no check engine light, but the check engine light has been coming on and going off occasionally for the last few weeks, not flashing.

To me it sounds like the IPM has gone out which is super common for these vehicles. It is easy to replace because it-self learns and no programming is needed. Here is the location of the IPM and how to replace it. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
