So when you say the car shuts off, do you mean you lose all electrical or the engine stalls out? Also are there any other warning lights on such as a battery warning light? I need more information to help you.

Honestly both engine will shut off then I'll lose all power for a few minutes the little after that it will crank back on and drive all within ten to 15 minutes of it stalling and I noticed today that the temperature gauge will shoot to the middle in just a couple minutes after it's sat all. Night and that does not seem normal either.

So to confirm you lose all electrical as well as the engine stalling out? If so, I would check the battery out, they can test good but then have an internal short that only happens in certain conditions. Also, make sure the battery cables are free from corrosion and tight on the battery terminals.
