All the lights on the dash and the car will cut out all of a sudden

Then I have to wait a few minutes and it will start up and drive fine. I’ve noticed one of the sensors underneath the car is broken. Can anyone tell me which sensor this is please?

It's tough to see what you are talking about under the car. can you talk a closer shot of the sensor in question? also it sounds like the car is going into limp mode due to a dirty throttle body. Here is a guide to help fix it:
