I'm just wondering if anyone knows why my battery and handbrake light come on whilst driving. Happened 3 times in last week, happens when coming to a stop, audible clicking noise (as if taking the key out the ignition) and then cuts off. Starts again straight away. Is a very recent problem as MOT been carried out in past month, passed with no advisory's etc. Thanks.

The "Battery" light means the generator is not recharging the battery, and intermittent problems are typically caused by worn brushes inside it. If that's what's happening, it will act up more frequently in the future and for longer periods of time before it quits completely.
