Car cuts out while driving

At higher speeds car starts to jerk or cut out mostly going up hill.

Good afternoon,

When was the last time the plugs and wires were changed? It could be a simple tune up that is needed.

I would also check the fuel pressure to be sure the fuel pump is providing the correct pressure.
