Cranks no start, Replaced 109 relay, glow Plugs, fuel filter, glow Plug harness, glow plug relay, checked fuel lines. Will start with either & stay running.

Do you have any codes in the computer?You could have a bad high pressure pump or low pressure pump.

No high or low pump. Just a mechanical injection pump

That mechanical pump is a high pressure pump without the high pressure the engine won't start and run.
