Will it run with starting fluid? Also, can you hear the pump run in the tank key on not cranking the engine over? It could be a crankshaft sensor. When they go bad they don't leave a code. Go over the guide JONNYB1963 suggested to start. Here is the crankshaft sensor location and a guide to help you through the steps:
Yes, I can hear the fuel pump humming when my man turns the key to the on position. Have not tried starting fluid yet but will give that a try.

I most definitely will. I have a feeling it may be the fuel pressure regulator or the crankshaft positioning sensor. Gonna get some starter fluid today and give that a shot. Will post my results.

So our buddy came and looked at it and it is the fuel pump. Thanks for all the advice. Got it started with some starter fluid.
