Engine cranks but does not start, car lock key on dash flashes when key is turned on

Car swings but does not start. i have tried disconnecting the battery using the 3 minute setup but nothing. economy mode active.no windows wipers can be accessed. tried the key test when door is open and it beeps.

This sounds like the crankshaft angle sensor or the fuel pump has gone out. when you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds? These guides should help us fix it:
