Car chugging

Got 121 when on quartet tank and going round corners or bends only on right side the car looses power and chugs and sometimes cuts out..if I throw car to left it picks up speed again

the pickup may be off of pump in tank or filter is . tank will need to come down so you can pull pump and see what is wrong
