I bought this car is 2.0i limited I purchased it on July 09, 2016.
After four weeks with only three hundred and twenty five miles driven, my car brake pedal started feeling soft.

I went to dealer immediately to fix this. Technician test drove my car (on Aug 09, 2016) and said it is 100% fine.

I even asked him to tighten the brakes at least. He said they would not do adjustment for Disc Brakes.

He did not open anything. He just drove the car (for at least fifteen minutes). That was it.

I am still feeling the same with brakes. And one more thing observed is, If I pump the brake pedal, it is firm for sometime, and again becomes soft.

Car is stopping after I push down the pedal too much. But the pedal is not touching the floor. And I can feel that the pedal can no further be pushed down.

I am not sure this is normal.

Can you please suggest on this?

have the brakes bled by a mechanic. It may have air in the ABS unit or it may be just he nature of the car. you might try ceramic pads or some by ebc that are more for performance cars.
