The boot is not opening with key remote?

When you use the remote can you hear the latch working in the rear hatch? (boot). If it works from those switches but not from the remote, check the key-fob battery first.
1. Press and hold the rear-hatch button on the remote.
2. Try a second remote if available and/or replace the remote battery.
3. Verify the power back-door system is switched ON.
4. Test the exterior hatch switch and interior power-door switch.
IF none of these work lets check the ECU IG-1 fuse 10 amp in the fuse panel inside the car on the left side of the dash. This video can help.
