Starts then stalls, will not stay running

starts but stalls out wont stay running. doesn't seem to be getting fuel to engine. looks like fuel cutoff switch might be disconnected. have done some troubleshooting but I am stuck at this point. seems fuel line pump or switch related? help please!

It could be fuel related or other things. What I need you to do first is check for diagnostic trouble codes. This is an OBD 1 system and doesn't require a scanner to retrieve codes. Here is a link which shows how to get codes from this system. The only thing you need is the key.

Fuel Pressure* .................... 331 ± 14 kPa (48 ± 2 psi)

*Ignition key ON, engine OFF. Using DRB scan tool, access ASD Fuel System Test. The ASD Fuel System Test will activate the fuel pump and pressurize the system.
