It could be fuel related or other things. What I need you to do first is check for diagnostic trouble codes. This is an OBD 1 system and doesn't require a scanner to retrieve codes. Here is a link which shows how to get codes from this system. The only thing you need is the key.

*Ignition key ON, engine OFF. Using DRB scan tool, access ASD Fuel System Test. The ASD Fuel System Test will activate the fuel pump and pressurize the system.
