Car battery drains and sudden squeak while driving

After a weekend of leaving my car parked, I found the battery was completely drained, and after jumping it, there is now a couple of strange noises occurring when driving, a squeak when turning and/or slowing down, and a rattle-type sound coming from the clutch area. Any insight or help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I don't think these noises would be directly related to the battery but if you can get a recording of the noises that may help.

The only thing that would make them related is if the belt is slipping causing the alternator to not charge the battery and it drained. However, let's start with a recording and we can go from there.

Here is a guide that will help with these types of noises in general but hearing the noises I think is the best next step.
