I have the car listed above (tdci). When standing the vent temperature is around seven to eight degrees Celsius. When moving it goes to ten degrees. Outside temperature is forty degree Celsius. I have compared to other Ford cars. They blow seven degrees air while moving in peak summers. While my car gives ten. Difference in cooling is clearly felt. My vent temperature keeps on fluctuating up and down. While friends Ford vent temperature remains absolutely stable.

I got it checked from authorized service of Ford. They changed fan motor. But still problems there. I am fed up. Kindly help. I am from India. No one here has a clue. Even Ford trained engineers failed. Here in India ford A/C's are best. But mine is just sub standard. Kindly help and reply ASAP. Thanks

Good afternoon.

Do you have a set of gauges to check the pressures for the system? you may be low on Freon.

I have a question, do you hear the radiator cooling fans working? If so I would think you have a weak temperature blend door actuator that needs replacement. Here is a guide to show you what you are in for when doing the job:

Here is the location in your car.

Check out the diagrams (below).

Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Cheers, Ken

As I told that Ford authorized person with twenty years experience checked all things. They are clueless. Refrigerant replaced after vacuum, new radiator fan installed, all leakages checked. Still no improvement at all.

The blend door actuator seems like a good start, I would try replacing it. At the same time check the blend door in the plenum to make sure it seals.

Thank you sir. This time I will show your reply to the technician. May be he will get some clue. Thanks for help. I think you are talking about fresh and recirculated air opening. I feel when car moves it remains slight open which makes vent air warmer
