Sir my car AC is having a problem for a few days. When I start the car and turn the AC on, it works fine cooling is perfect. When I make a journey of about fifty kms or so the air flow coming out of the vent starts slowing down and gradually goes on decreasing thus reducing the cooling in the cabin. Also, the air blower which blows the air from the vent starts making a loud noise but no air flow comes out. Please help me with some solution.

If the blower motor is making noise when the air flow stops, chances are the blower motor itself is going bad. That would be my first suspect. When it happens, I would remove the bower motor itself and see if it is seizing. It sounds like the bearing is either dry or worn.

Sounds as if the blower motor in the heater box is failing. This will need to be checked first. To access the blower motor should be accessible behind the glove box when removed, there will be one electrical plug and three or four screws the motor will drop out downwards.
