Car not starting

My car is not starting despite of a proper battery and sufficient amount of petrol. I think there is a problem in the yellow color fuse. Now i do not know what to do.

First, this vehicle isn't offered in the US so I don't have specific technical information. With that being said, if you have found a bad fuse, replace it with the same type of fuse to see if that makes a difference.
