Cant get turn signls to work

Turn signs wont work my hazzerd work we replaced the flasher fuse an has a Hains book for it an did all it said what can I do cant figure out why even my dash lights work at times I checked all bulbs an housing ther all fine plaese some one help an im not good at ready oem meters an I dont have the money to take to a shop an is ther a way I can bypass an get my own turn signl light set

IS the turn signal switch and the headlight switch the same thing?

Yes ther on the same switch both high beems headlights an turnsignls could it be that?

Chances are that is the problem. That would even cause the dash lights not to work on and off.
