Pulled car into store and came out it would not turn over. after several checks could turn the switch on and hot wire the starter and it would run, but the indicator lights on the dash do not work and the speedometer does not work. Key switch ? or computer? help, the car engine and transmission have been replaced and is in good shape.

There is an inhibitor switch, relay and a fusible link in the circuit. also, test the ignition switch as well. the picture shows the circuit for the starter and components.
