Where is the cylinder head temperature located?

I'm trying to change my cylinder head temperature sensor, but I can't seem to find it. I looked just about everywhere and I already have the replacement part. Very annoyed.

It looks like the engine coolant temperature sensor is by the upper radiator hose outlet. Here are the instructions and location of the sensor so you can change it out. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

Thank you, but I'm looking for the cylinder head temperature sensor. I already know where the ect sensor is. The thought is appreciated though. I think I'm just going to leave it in, I'm over it at this point.

The cylinder head temperature sensor and the engine coolant temperature sensor are the same thing.
