Hi,
A no-bus bias can be the result of a few things. For example, a fuse can cause it, or a damaged or open circuit.
I attached the diagnostics below for you. Take a look through them and let me know if you are comfortable performing the tests.
The last pic below is of the data link connector (DLC). It indicates each pin's function and will be needed for testing.
