Does not accelerate after sudden stop or sudden slow down?

If while driving and suddenly brakes or suddenly slow down the speed, car can't accelerate for 15 seconds and after 15 seconds it comes to normal acceleration mode. this issue only while sudden decrease in speed.

The car is going into limp mode, we should run the codes to see if any are stored but we had a car that had this problem in the shop, and we serviced the throttle bore which fixed it.
