I would like to know how to bypass the safety to keep truck out of park?

All I would like to use is forward neutral and drive. But when I tried the first time it would not let me start the truck, so any way to bypass that? It’s for a derby truck so no need to be safe.

Love the derby truck! Have fun and be safe. So, you need to remove the shift lock solenoid. You will need to look at the mechanism to see how to keep it disengaged you might need to install a screw are something to keep the system inactive. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
