There is nothing indicated in the directions which says there is a relearn. If that is the case and all you are replacing is the tumbler/key lock assembly, you should be okay.
Here are the directions right from Alldata. All attached pictures correlate with these directions.

PROCEDURES
Ignition Switch Lock Cylinder 57.40.29
Removal
1. Remove the driver side instrument panel lower panel.
1. Remove the retaining screws.
2. Unclip the lower panel.
3. Remove the panel.
2. Disconnect the headlamp adjustment switch.
3. Remove the driver side air duct.
1. Remove the air duct retaining screw.
2. Remove the air duct.
4. Remove the hood latch release handle supporting plate.
5. Remove the ignition switch upper bolt.
6. Remove the ignition switch lower bolts.
7. Disconnect the transmission lock actuator cable.
8. Remove the ignition switch.
1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Remove the ignition switch.
Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Again, there is nothing indicated in the directions as far as a relearn procedure. If you are only replacing the ignition lock assembly, you should be fine with a new or used part.
