Can one test coil packs?

Need to replace a coil pack but don't know which one to replace. Is there a way to check the pack to see if it is bad or good?

The best way to test a coil is its output which you can do while it is in the car. Use a test light and follow this video:

You can check the coil OHM's reading with a voltmeter but that can change while the coil is being used. Check the coil's resistance by placing the multimeter's leads on the coil's primary and secondary terminals.
