Cannot disable alarm

My neighbor is working on my car and the battery died in the process. Now upon installing a new battery, the alarm goes off every time she connects the battery. I bought the car without a key fob. Is there a solution?

Yes, I would try a hard reboot of the system, which as you hold the negative battery cable against the positive battery post, this discharged the capacitors and allows the system to come back to default settings. This guide will help:
