Can i get ECM pinout value for this ECM?

This vehicle does not communicate when you plug in the SCANNER, the tachometer and speedometer are not working so I need the ecu pin out diagram to trace the fault.

I can only look up the engine control module for a 2002 TOYOTA CAMRY. I don't have a part number reference. Do you have another car you want me to try?
