Can I change the distrubutor without taking the engine out? Or moving the engine?

I am attaching the process below on how to remove the distributor for both the OBD II and non OBD II (OBD I) system.

Basically you just need to take the cap off and that should give you the space that you need in order to remove it.

I am attaching the info below for this and the oil pressure sensor. There is not an oil temperature sensor so I assume that you are meaning the pressure sensor.

You should not have to remove the engine in order to get the distributor out.
This was the change over year for the Blazer. So some of the 1995 had OBD I and others had OBD II. I have attached instructions for both.

The coolant temperature sensor is located on the front of the engine, right below the intake tube. Back of the engine is the oil pressure switch. See diagrams for both.
If your ACR-12V-3 is not faulty you can clean and re-use it.

Autolight 45 should work just fine.
