Can for heat and air won't come out of front vents how do I get to it to fix

How do I remove front cover to fix fan

first try pulling fuse for 60 seconds with key on it should be inside car. it may reset the actuator then see if it's getting power it's on pass side. see pic. the other actuator that moves for different positions is also shown in pic. if blower doesnt' work then check relay under hood as well as fuse both in fuse box . engine cover does not need to be removed for any heater problem.
