A/C and electrical issues

While I’m driving an have my A/C on all of the lights on my dashboard come on, all of my gauges go down except for speedometer. while that is happening? my A/C stops blowing cold and I can’t let my windows up or down! But when the gauges move back into there place everything starts back working! What is the problem? Any suggestions?

Okay. The only thing they have in common is the body control module.

Can you monitor that with your scan tool?

At this point, you need a scan tool to see what the BCM is doing. It may have corrupted software and need to be reprogrammed.

You would have to call and check. It depends on the store what scan tool they use.
