Received an engine code for P0340/0344 for the camshaft signal. I have replaced the sensor but code it still there. I've cleared it and driven it, no problems with performance, fuel mileage or starting. After next startup, codes come back. I would like to check the wiring from the CPS to PCM next but no diagram can be found so if someone might have one and also what the readings from the sensor should be. Or tip on what else it might be?

Hello. I'm attaching the wiring diagrams for that car in the images below. They are possible the most convoluted and confusing diagrams I've seen in awhile, but it sounds like you'll be able to pick your way through it.

In my experience, this type of wiring issue is usually at the connector or within 6 inches of it. So I'd inspect that connector closely for weakness or corrosion.

HeyMan, thanks for the info it was a great help. After doing some testing, investigating, and a little more research I discovered the problem was related to a TSB. I followed the step in that write up and it fixed the problem. You’ll see in the pics that the harness is pressed against the intake manifold and over the years slowly cut into the wires. Repaired the wires and tied the harness off of the spot it was rubbing. Wanted to share my findings and fix in case someone else has this issue.

Hey, that's great to hear. Sorry I missed that TSB though. But at least you got it knocked out. Nice work!
