Where is the Camshaft sensor located?

Camshaft sensor I am trying to replace. I looked up many videos and some say it's on the front lower engine. Others have shown a tedious job under the top part of the engine. Can you help me with the exact location? By the way it's a 2004 Yukon Denali 6.0 all-wheel drive

Hi,

The camshaft position sensor is located on the top of the rear portion of the engine. See pic 1 below.

For replacement, the intake manifold will need removed. I attached the directions below for you. Starting with pic 2. The directions I attached start with the removal and installation of the intake manifold. The replacement procedures for the sensor is last.
